<br />SPECIFIC SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The firm of the beals group, inc., proposes to provide the following services in accordance <br />with our above stated understanding of the project. The items listed below are for both sites <br />unless otherwise noted: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Project Start-up and Pre-planning <br />1. Prepare final Scope of Services and Fee Estimate Worksheet detailing <br />breakdown of staff hours to be devoted to each primary task by position. <br />Review preliminary project schedule through project completion and prepare <br />final project schedule. <br />One kick-off meeting with the City to determine the project intent, scope, <br />budget, and timetable. Meeting Repor will be provided. <br />Project start-up administrative tasks will include the following: <br />a) establish files and administrative procedures. <br />b) Finalize, prepare and adopt sub-consultant contract <br />Review all data pertinent to the project including survey, site maps, reports, and <br />pertinent historical data. <br />Review City/County codes, ordinances, and policies pertaining to the proposed <br />project design. <br />Visit the project sites to complete a visual inventory of the existing conditions <br />and adjacent environmental influences. <br />Based on survey and topography data provided by City, input into computer and <br />develop existing conditions base for Analysis and Design. <br />Project Administration. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />Analysis and Design <br />1. Prepare boards showing analysis of existing conditions. <br />2. Prepare Preliminary Project Program Statement. <br />3. Develop Use-Relationship diagrams. <br />4. Hold two (1) Public Forum /Informational workshops (one for each site). <br />Meeting Report will be provided. <br />One meeting with City Staff et al. 1 to review input from public forums. Meeting <br />Report will be provided. <br />Preparation of Preliminary Concept Plan to include the following elements: <br />a) Grading Concept <br />b) Drainage Concept <br />c) Tree / Turf Planting Concepts <br />d) Budget Analysis <br />Prepare graphics for presentation to City Staff. <br />One meeting with City Staff to review and comment on Preliminary Concept <br />Plans. Meeting Report will be provided. <br />Hold two (2) Public Forums / neighborhood meetings (one for each site) to <br />present and receive feedback on the Preliminary Concept Plans.
