<br />Design Development <br />1. Meeting with City Staff to review final design boards upon approval from public <br />process. Meeting Report will be provided. <br />Modify base plan as required to incorporate City comments. <br />Develop finite design plans for each site: Each site will be provided the <br />following plans that specifically delineate all design elements for review and <br />approval by City Staff: <br />a) Civil Engineering Plan (Grading, Drainage, Utilities) <br />b) Landscaping Plan (Irrigation, Planting, Landscape, Materials) <br />Develop finite material booklet for entire project. Booklet will contain the <br />following: <br />a) Preliminary construction details <br />b) Manufacturer's cut sheets and information for proposed materials and <br />equipment. <br />c) Draft specifications <br />d) Statement of Probable Costs. <br />e) In-house Redline and revisions <br />Submittal preparation and coordination. <br />Submittal and Review by City Staff. <br />Redline and review Quality Control (QC). <br />Meeting with City Staff for review and approval to proceed with preparation of <br />final plans and specifications.
