Each site shall have the following drawings specific to <br />that site: <br />1) Existing Conditions/Demolition Plan; <br />2) layout Plan; <br />3) Electrical Plan; <br />4) Grading & Drainage Plan; <br />5) Material and Detail Reference Plan; <br />6) Irrigation Plan; <br />7) Planting Plan; <br />In addition, the following sheets shall be universal for all three sites: <br />1) Cover Sheet; <br />2) landscape Construction Details; <br />3) Irrigation and Planting Details; <br />4) Electrical Details; <br />5) Drainage Construction Details; <br />Technical Specifications; <br />Statement of Probable Construction Costs; <br />In-house Redline and revisions; <br />Submittal Preparation and coordination. Five sets each of bluelines and <br />project manual to be provided the City for review. <br />Redline and Review Quality Control (QC); <br />Meeting with City Staff for review and coordination of the 70% submittal <br />comments. Meeting report will be provided. <br />90 % Submittal Package <br />a) Review 70% submittal comments and coordinate plans and <br />specifications modifications. <br />Make revisions to drawings and specifications to incorporate comments. <br />Prepare cost estimates to align with plans. <br />In-house Redline and revisions; <br />Submittal preparation and coordination. Five sets of bluelines and <br />project manual to be provided to the City for review. <br />Redline and Review Quality Control (QC); <br />Meeting with City Staff for review and coordination of the 90% submittal <br />comments. Meeting Report will be provided. <br />100 % Submittal Package <br />a) Review 90% submittal comments and coordinate plans and <br />specifications modifications. <br />Make revisions to drawings and specifications to incorporate comments. <br />Prepare cost estimates to align with plans. <br />In-house Redline and revisions. <br />Submittal Preparation and coordination. Five sets of bluelines and <br />project manual to be provided the City for review. <br />Redline and Review Quality Control (OC). <br />Meeting with City Staff for review and coordination of the 100% submittal <br />comments.
