Submit one set of reproducibles <br />to City for bid packaging. <br />Project Administration <br /> <br />Construction Services <br />Following the completion and approval of the construction documents, we propose the <br />following construction administration services: <br />1. Bidding Phase <br />a) Kick-off meeting with City Staff, the City Construction Manager (CCM), <br />and the beals group, inc. This meeting will firm-up the roles and <br />responsibilities of each person and provide protocols and processes to <br />follow during construction. <br />Coordinate and Administer Bidding <br />1) Contact potential bidders <br />2) Attend site-walk pre-bid meeting <br />3) Coordinate and respond to contractor questions during the bid <br />period <br />4) Preparation of addendum as necessary <br />5) Attend bid opening <br />6) Assist the City in reviewing and analyzing the bids <br />Project Administration <br />a) Construction Phase <br />b) Pre-Construction <br />1) Attend pre-construction meeting <br />2) Attend site-walk meeting <br />3) Work with City on turf spraying and other pre-construction needs <br />Construction Administration <br />a) "Regular" observation and review will be provided, considering weather <br />and construction practice. For purposes of this proposal regular is semi- <br />weekly. <br />1) Meet and site walk with the contractor.
