Project Administration Construction Services Following the completion and approval of the construction documents, we propose the following construction administration services: 1. Bidding Phase a) Kick-off meeting with City Staff, the City Construction Manager (CCM), and the beals group, inc. This meeting will firm-up the roles and responsibilities of each person and provide protocols and processes to follow during construction. Coordinate and Administer Bidding 1) Contact potential bidders 2) Attend site-walk pre-bid meeting 3) Coordinate and respond to contractor questions during the bid period 4) Preparation of addendum as necessary 5) Attend bid opening 6) Assist the City in reviewing and analyzing the bids Project Administration a) Construction Phase b) Pre-Construction 1) Attend pre-construction meeting 2) Attend site-walk meeting 3) Work with City on turf spraying and other pre-construction needs Construction Administration a) "Regular" observation and review will be provided, considering weather and construction practice. For purposes of this proposal regular is semi- weekly. 1) Meet and site walk with the contractor. Meeting Report will be provided. 2) File an observation report for each "regular" observation visit.
