<br />1.1 Work by the Consultant will include assisting the City with the initial agenda, and <br />participating in the kick-off meeting. <br /> <br />Input for Meeting Agenda <br />Input Project Development Team Roster <br /> <br />Task 2 - Project Management <br /> <br />Deliverables: <br /> <br />Task Description. Consultant shall provide project management services to assure delivery of <br />the project on schedule, within budget, and according to established quality control goals. <br /> <br />Project management shall also include active coordination with City and Caltrans staff, plus <br />coordination with adjacent property owners, on an as-needed basis. <br /> <br />2.1 General Project Management. <br /> <br />0 Supervise, coordinate and monitor design for conformance with City and Caltrans <br />standards and policies <br />0 Maintain project files in accordance with Caltrans' filing system. At the end of project, <br />submit one full sets of project file. <br />0 Prepare CPM schedule and submit to PDT for review and approval. Once schedule is <br />approved, this schedule shall become the base line schedule. Consultant shall submit <br />monthly updates showing the original baseline schedule and the current status. <br />0 Apply for Caltrans encroachment permit for design and survey work <br />0 Prepare monthly progress reports and invoices <br />0 Correspondence and memos <br /> <br />2.2 Meetings <br /> <br />0 Regular monthly design coordination meetings. Assist and participate in progress <br />meetings. The Consultant, at or before these progress review meetings, shall supply <br />two copies of all completed or partially completed reports, studies, plans, <br />specifications, and estimates which have been developed or altered during the previous <br />month. <br /> <br />0 A safety review meeting will be held after the Preliminary Design submittals, but prior <br />to the submittal of the Draft PS&E. <br /> <br />0 A type selection meeting with Caltrans DOS will be held in Sacramento 10 days after <br />the submittal of the Type Selection Report and General Plans. <br /> <br />0 Utility coordination meetings, as may be required for design coordination only. <br /> <br />0 Informal design meetings may be held on an as-needed basis. If important design <br />decisions are made, informal minutes shall be prepared by the Consultant and <br />distributed to the appropriate team members and the project file. <br /> <br />2.3 Quality Control Program.
