. The Consultant shall perform coordination with the City, the County, utility companies, regulatory agencies, and with others as required. The Consultant shall perform design field surveys to establish project controls (horizontal and vertical) and provide aerial topographic mapping. The Consultant shall provide a Geotechnical Report for pavement design and foundation recommendations for traffic signal poles. The Consultant shall design City or County owned utility relocations, including storm drain, sanitary sewers, and water lines. The Consultant shall review privately owned utility plans/relocations as they relate to this project and will draft this utility information on the project's utility drawings. The Consultant shall prepare roadway signing and striping plans. The Consultant shall include traffic signal system modifications and intersection lighting for the intersection improvements as outlined above. Landscaping revisions (limited primarily to planting and irrigation) will be provided within the project limits. Signal timing sheets. The Consultant shall include pot-holing of existing utilities as required. The Consultant shall package design prepared by others into this Construction Package. The Consultant shall prepare a set of technical specifications and conditions for all work included in the Construction Package. Submittals at 65%,90%, and 100% (Final). . . . . . . . . . . . .
