<br />. <br /> <br />Design costs associated with the work for the different funding sources shall be <br />independently tracked. The Consultant shall coordinate with the City on the particular <br />design cost segregations. <br /> <br />1.2 Utility Coordination. Activities will include: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Contact all affected utility companies <br />Collect and review "Record Drawings" for all existing utilities within the project limits <br />Attend meetings as necessary and represent the City as directed <br />Utilities anticipated to be affected by this project include: <br />. Pacific Gas & Electric <br />. Pacific Bell <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />City owned facilities, including storm drain, sanitary sewer, and water lines <br />Cable 1V <br />Fiber optic systems <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />1.3 Data Collection and Field Investigation. <br /> <br />Existing Data - Existing data, including the Shores Transportation Improvement District <br />Final Report, and data from various utilities and agencies will be collected. This data and <br />information will be reviewed and any additional data required for design will be identified <br />and a program to collect any additional data required will be agreed upon with the City. <br />Data and information to be collected shall include the following: <br /> <br />A. Shores Transportation Improvement District Final Report <br />B. Geotechnical information <br />C. Any existing environmental information <br />D. Existing traffic information or reports <br />E. Available hydraulic information for the vicinity of the project <br />F. As-built plans for Marine Parkway, Bridge Parkway, Redwood Shores Parkway, and <br />the connecting and adjacent streets <br />G. Survey Monumentation for horizontal and vertical control <br />H. As-built information for all of the various utilities impacted by the project <br />I. Existing right-of-way and property ownership and restrictions <br /> <br />Field Investigation - The field review will be conducted by the Consultant and Team <br />Members to observe the site and record existing conditions. The project site will be walked <br />by the appropriate Team Members to further acquaint the design team with detailed site <br />conditions upon which to base their design.
