<br />90% Submittal- All comments received from the City and other reviewing agencies and <br />companies on the 65% submittal shall be incorporated into the PS&E, as directed by the <br />City. <br /> <br />This 90% submittal shall represent the complete final design, with all design plans and <br />details present and with complete technical specifications and special provisions. <br /> <br />Final contract quantities for all identified items and the corresponding estimate of <br />construction cost will be included in this submittal. <br /> <br />100% (Finan Submittal - All comments received from the City and other reviewing <br />agencies and companies on the 90% submittal shall be incorporated into the Final PS&E, <br />as directed by the City. However, any new comments on previously reviewed information <br />(exclusive of minor editing and plan corrections), requiring redesign or additional work by <br />the Consultant subsequent to the 90% submittal review shall be considered as "extra <br />work. " <br /> <br />Plans Develooed by Others - The plans developed by others (Brian Kangas Foulk) will be <br />included in this construction package as an insert or attachment to the plans being <br />developed by CCS Planning and Engineering (CCS). <br /> <br />The project specifications and special provisions being developed by CCS shall also cover <br />the plans developed by others (Brian Kangas Foulk). <br /> <br />Not included in this scope-of-work or corresponding fee are changes of any kind to the <br />plans by others (Brian Kangas Foulk). <br /> <br />Roadway and General Design Plans - The plans prepared for the STID Street System <br />Improvement Project shall be developed using the appropriate plan sheet size, format, and <br />design standards of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Standard details that are contained in the various agency "STANDARD PLANS or <br />DRAWINGS" shall not be reproduced in the construction drawing plan set, but shall be <br />included by appropriate reference on the plans, and included as an Appendix in the <br />project specifications. <br /> <br />Any details that are not contained in the Agency "STANDARD PLANS or DRAWINGS" <br />or details that modify Standard Drawings shall be included within the construction plan set. <br /> <br />Utility Plans - For City-owned utilities, the Consultant shall perform all engineering and <br />design required and include in the set of construction drawings and documents the <br />relocation or protection of these facilities as a result of the project. The utility drawings <br />shall show all utilities within the project boundaries. <br /> <br />However, the Consultant shall not perform any engineering nor design associated with the <br />privately owned utility relocations, but shall prepare contract utility coordination drawings <br />only by transferring utility provided horizontal design information and as-built information. <br /> <br />Proposal- City of Redwood City (ApriI26, 1999) <br /> <br />M:\O16-991Proposa~PRP -' veWPD <br /> <br />Shores Area Street System Improvements <br />Page 8 <br />
