To bear S0 percent of the cost of all utility <br />5 relocations not borne by utility owners within STATE's right of <br />6 way, after deducting any Federal reimbursement. <br />? 6.) Upon the adoption, filing and recording of the <br />8 Resolution of Relinquishment by the California Transportation <br />9 Commission, to accept that portion of right of way with roadway <br />10 shown in purple on the attached Exhibit A together with all <br />11 appurtenant drainage facilities as relinquished by STATE pursuant <br />12 to this Agreement. <br />13 7.) To dedicate to COUNTY avigation easements as shown on <br />14 Exhibit C. <br />15 8.) To provide and maintain adequate drainage outfall <br />16 facilities downstream from the double 8-foot by 6-foot RCB under <br />17 Peninsula Parkway as indicated on the attached Exhibit B, said <br />18 outfall facilities to be as follows: <br /> <br />19 (a) The Redwood Shores holding pond shall have a <br />20 minimum storage capacity of 2.4 million cubic feet <br />121 between the assumed elevations of 93 feet and 99 <br />22 feet (Mean Sea Level is at assumed elevation <br />23 lO0',feet). <br />24 (b) The outfall channel between the said RCB and the <br />25 said holding pond shall be essentially a <br /> <br /> <br />
