trapezoidal unlined channel (approx~mately. l,650 <br /> feet long) with a bottom width of 20 feet (sloped <br /> 10:1 towards the center) whose flow line assumed <br /> elevation shall be 93.3 feet a~ SO feet downstream <br /> from said RCB and 90 feet at the said holding pond <br /> the side slopes shall be S:l or flatter; and the <br /> bottom and side slopes shall be seeded or naturall <br /> vegetated. <br /> <br /> (C) The pump plant at the aforesaid holding pond shall <br /> have a minimum effective capacity of 120 cubic fee <br /> per second. <br /> <br /> 9.) To allow drainage systems from the Redwood Shores <br />tevelopment, Piombo property, the "Clear Zone" area, and other <br />areas in the northwesterly quadrant of the interchange including <br />the existing 39 inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), to discharge <br />into the said holding pond and/or outfall channel only. In no <br />event shall the said drainage systems be allowed to discharge <br />upstream from the said double 8-foot by 6-foot RCB. In the event <br />that any additional areas are allowed to drain into the said <br />outfall channel and holding pond, then the pump capacity referred <br />to previously in Article (8) Subarticle (c) shall be increased by <br />the additional amount of runoff in cubic feet per second(cfs) due <br />to contribution by such areas. Such increase shall be estimated <br />as 0.6(ZAK-130) cfs~ where ZAK - total area times its runoff <br />coefficient. <br /> <br /> <br />
