1 the additional cost and deposit of additional funds upon billing <br />2 by STATE, STATE may award the aforesaid contract. <br />3 3.) To maintain all existing facilities and the portion of <br />~ the said I~fPROVEMENTS constructed within COUNTY's right of way <br />5 and in addition,~ to maintain the deck and/or surfacing of the <br />6 aforesaid Holly Street overcrossing structures and shall perform <br />? such work as may be necessary to ensure an impervious and/or <br />8 otherwise suitable surface. The COUNTY will also maintain all <br />9 ~ortions of the structure above the bridge deck, as above <br />10 ;pecified, including lighting installations, as well as all <br />11 traffic service facilities that may be required for the benefit <br />12 or control of county road traffic. <br />13 4.) To accept avigation easements required to be dedicated <br />1~ pursuant to Section I, Article (12); Section II, Article (?); and <br />15 Section III, Article (S). <br />16 S.) To bear $0 percent of the cost of all utility relocation <br />17 not borne by utility owners within STATE's right of way, after <br />18 deducting any Federal reimbursement. <br />20 SECTION V <br />21 IT IS b~TUALLY UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED: <br />2~ 1.)
