To construct the IMPROVEMENTS, through construction by <br />2 :ontract with a construction contractor licensed by the State of <br />3 2alifornia, said contract to be carried out in accordance with <br />~ ~rovisions of the State Contract Act, Chapter 5, Part 5, Division <br />5 3, Title 2 of the Government Code, and work completed in <br />6 :onformity with plans and specifications of STATE but subject to <br />? review and concurrence by RED~OOD CITY, SAN CARLOS and COUNTY, <br />8 ~rior to advertising of this project. <br />9 7.) Upon completion and acceptance by STATE of STATE's <br />10 :onstruction contract and all work incidental thereto, to furnish <br />11 REDWOOD CITY, SAN CARLOS and COUNTY with a detailed accounting of <br />12 costs to be borne by REDWOOD CITY, SAN CARLOS, and COUNTY and to <br />13 refund to REDWOOD CITY, SAN CARLOS and COUNTY any portion of <br />l~ RED~¥OOD CITY's, SAN CARLOS's, and COUNTY's advance deposits <br />15 (provided for hereinafter in Section II, Article (1), Section III <br />16 Article (1), and Section IV, Article (1) respectively), remaining <br />17 after actual costs to be borne by RED~OOD CITY, and SAN CARLOS, <br />18 and COUNTY have been deducted. <br />19 8.) To make all necessary arrangements with the owners of <br />20 public or private utilities (except SAN CARLOS and REDWOOD CITY7 <br />'21 owned utility facilities) for the removal and/or relocation of all <br />22 utility facilities, if any, which conflict with aforesaid <br />23 construction, in accordance with applicable law or the master <br />2~ contract in effect with the respective utility owners, and to <br />25 prepare the necessary Notices to Relocate and Utilities Agreements <br /> <br /> <br />
