Upon completion and acceptance of STATE's construction <br />:ontract, to relinquish to REDWOOD CITY and to SAN CARLOS those <br />portions of rights of way with roadways shown in purple and in <br />green respectively on the attached Exhibit A together with their <br />respective drainage facilities also shown in purple and in green <br />on Exhibit B. <br /> <br /> 11.) To furnish and install, by STATE's forces, all traffic <br />stripes and pavement markings required on the aforesaid <br />IMPROVEMENTS with the costs, after deducting the Federal <br />reimbursement, to be shared by REDWOOD CITY, SAN CARLOS and <br />COUNTY in the same proportion as the construction cost. <br /> <br /> 12.) To dedicate to COUNTY an avigation easement with 18 fee <br />minimum vertical clearance as shown on Exhibit C. Said <br />easement is to be made by a Director's Deed and is subject to <br />approval by the California Transportation Commission. <br /> <br /> SECTION II <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY AGREES: <br /> <br /> 1.) To deposit with STATE within 50 days of receipt of <br />billing therefor (which,billing will be forwarded immediately <br />following STATE's bid advertising date of a construction contract <br />for the aforesaid 'IMPROVEMENTS), the amount of $127,100, which <br />figure represents STATE's estimate of REDWOOD CITY's share of the <br />construction cost and right of way acquisition cost required to <br /> <br /> °7° <br /> <br /> <br />
