No. 4-0941-C <br />(3) To pay an amount equal to $886,000 as STATE's share <br />of the construction cost required for completion of IMPROVEMENTS. <br />In no event shall STATE's total obligation for the construction <br />cost of IMPROVEMENTS exceed the amount of S886,000. <br /> <br /> (4) Upon completion and accepnance by STATE o~ STATE's <br />construction contract and al! work incidental thereto, to furnish <br />COUNTY, REDWOOD CITY and SAN CARLOS with a detailed accounting of <br />costs to be borne by COUNTY, REDWOOD CITY and SAN CARLOS and to <br />refund to COUNTY, REDWOOD CITY and SAN CARLOS any portion of <br />COUNTY's, REDWOOD CITY's and SAN CARLOS' advance deposits <br />(provided fo¥ hereinafter in Section II, Articles (1), (2) and <br />(3), Section III, Art~c]es (1), (2) and (3), and Section IV, <br />Articles (1), (2) and (3) respectively), remaining after ~ctual <br />costs to be borne by COUNTY, REDWOOD CITY and SAN CARLOS have <br />been deducted. <br /> <br /> (5) To maintain, at STATE's sole expense the portion of <br />the IMPROVEMENTS constructed within STATE's right of way, (except <br />for the traffic control signal systems as modified), including the <br />entire structure below the top of the concrete deck surface <br />exclusive of any bituminous surface treatment which may be placed <br />thereon. <br /> <br /> (6) To maintain and operate the traffic control signal <br />systems as modified, and pay the proportionate share of the cost <br />as stipulated in that Agreement (Document No. 41-239230) entered <br />into by STATE, SAN CARLOS and COUNTY on November 2, 1971. <br /> <br /> -3- <br /> <br /> <br />
