The Fehr & Peers Associates <br />team has successfully worked on projects in Redwood City over the past decade and has a strong <br />desire to continue working there. <br />Expertise in GC 66000 requirements and nexus issues. The team is fully versed in the <br />requirements to develop a fee ordinance that meets the rational nexus tests of GC 66000. This <br />experience allows us to successfully meet controversial challenges and provide the City with <br />multiple options and alternative strategies. <br />Expertise in travel demand forecasting:. The team consists of some of the top travel demand <br />forecasters in the state. <br />A fee and capital improvement tracking database to ensure the City can track and report the use <br />of fees as required by law. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Project Management <br /> <br />Fehr & Peers Associates uses the following management tools: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Sub consultant agreements specify scope of work, a not to exceed fee by task, and payment <br />milestones. FP A requires sub consultants to explicitly follow the terms of the agreement unless <br />changes are agreed upon with the client. <br />FP A provides authorization to proceed on a task-by-task or phase-by-phase basis. <br />FP A requires bi-monthly verbal status reports (weekly if on short or critical tasks) and monthly <br />written status reports submitted with invoices. <br />FP A project manager and the office manager both review weekly job-cost summaries to ensure <br />accurate staff charges and on-budget performance. <br />FP A provides detailed monthly progress reports with invoices describing work conducted, <br />cumulative percentage of budget spent and percentage of work completed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Key Team Members <br /> <br />James M. Daisa, P.E., a Principal with Fehr & Peers Associates, will serve as Project Manager, <br />taking the lead role for all elements of the study and managing sub-consultants. <br />Brian Welch, AICP, a Senior Associate with Fehr & Peers Associates, with extensive public sector <br />experience in citywide and regional fee programs, will serve as technical advisor. <br />Robert D.
