<br />City of Redwood City Tre <br /> <br />Mitigation Fee Study-Phase II <br />Proposal- January 11, 1999 <br /> <br />1.2 Refine Scope of Work <br /> <br />Based on the agreements and resolutions made in the kick-off meeting, we will submit a refined <br />scope of work for completion of the study. <br /> <br />1.3 Data Collection <br /> <br />We will collect relevant information needed to proceed with the study including traffic model <br />data and traffic counts. Data collection includes: <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Obtain/review relevant documents and ordinances <br />Compile fee data and methods from nearby communities and statewide <br />Identify specific development projects in Redwood City <br />Obtain and review ABAG local and regional population and employment projections <br />Obtain updates to the San Mateo C/CAG traffic model <br />Establish contacts with the Transportation Authority, C/CAG and Caltrans <br />Obtain available traffic counts and conduct new PM peak hour traffic counts at up to 20 <br />intersections and 24-hour tube counts at up to 15 locations. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Task II.
