<br />We have the Worker Comp declaration. With respect to the Equal Benefits
<br />declaration our Human Resources Department has indicated that we are not
<br />in total compliance. While the City has a Domestic Partners Policy'
<br />there are some minor differences involving dental and eye care that are
<br />different. and are substantially in compliance with the Equal Benefits
<br />declaration. I have attached our Domestic Partner Policy for your
<br />review. If this is not enough then we wish to pursue an exemption or
<br />waiver and would appreciate some help from you as to the best way to go
<br />about it.

<br />The City of Redwood City's Parks, Recreation and Community Services
<br />Department also has contracts with the County for the operation of Fair
<br />Oaks Community Center and Fair Oaks Information and Referral so we are
<br />very interested in reaching an appropriate solution.
