<br />c) Call. Notice and Conduct of Meetings. All meetings of the Commission, <br />including without limitation, regular, adjourned regular and special meetings, shall be called, <br />noticed, held and conducted in accordance with the provisions of Sections 54950 et seq. of the <br />Government Code of the State. <br /> <br />Section 2.6. Minutes. The Secretary shall cause to be kept minutes of the meetings of <br />the Commission and shall, as soon as possible after each meeting, cause a copy of the minutes to <br />be forwarded to each member of the Commission and to each of the Agencies. <br /> <br />Section 2.7. Voting. Each member of the Commission shall have one vote. <br /> <br />Section 2.8. Quorum: Required Votes. Approvals. Members of the Commission holding <br />four of the five votes shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, except that less <br />than a quorum may adjourn tÌ'om time to time. The affirmative votes of members of the <br />Commission holding four of the five votes shall be required to take any action by the <br />Commission, provided, however, that the unanimous vote of the Members shall be required on <br />the purchase, lease, exchange or acquisition of any piece of equipment or personal property in <br />excess of the sum of$lO,OOO. <br /> <br />Section 2.9, Bylaws. The Commission may adopt, from time to time, such bylaws, rules <br />and regulations for the conduct of its meetings and affairs as are necessary for the purposes <br />hereof <br /> <br />----...",.... -".
