c) Call. Notice and Conduct of Meetings. All meetings of the Commission, including without limitation, regular, adjourned regular and special meetings, shall be called, noticed, held and conducted in accordance with the provisions of Sections 54950 et seq. of the Government Code of the State. Section 2.6. Minutes. The Secretary shall cause to be kept minutes of the meetings of the Commission and shall, as soon as possible after each meeting, cause a copy of the minutes to be forwarded to each member of the Commission and to each of the Agencies. Section 2.7. Voting. Each member of the Commission shall have one vote. Section 2.8. Quorum: Required Votes. Approvals. Members of the Commission holding four of the five votes shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, except that less than a quorum may adjourn tÌ'om time to time. The affirmative votes of members of the Commission holding four of the five votes shall be required to take any action by the Commission, provided, however, that the unanimous vote of the Members shall be required on the purchase, lease, exchange or acquisition of any piece of equipment or personal property in excess of the sum of$lO,OOO.
