<br />b) <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />WS agrees: <br /> <br />Designate to WS an authorized representative who shall administer <br />activities. <br /> <br />Provide WS accesses to the Area as described in Article I and in the u.S. <br />Fish and Wildlife Service's Biological Services Opinion, and allow WS to <br />utilize all-terrain vehicles. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 5 <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />To provide personnel, equipment, supplies, aJ.1d other support necessary to <br />perform predator maJ.1agement activities in accordance with the Scope of <br />Work /Budget Plan. <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />To designate to the City aJ.1 authorized representative who shall administer <br />activities pursuaJ.1t to this Agreement. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />If the predator maJ.1agement activities do not equal the total amount paid by <br />the City, the difference between the payment and the actual costs incurred <br />for the above-described work carry-over amount shall be applied to the <br />following year's predator maJ.1agement. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />To notifY the City in advaJ.1ce, the date of commencement, duration, aJ.1d <br />specific location of predator maJ.1agement work. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Provide a quarterly sunm1ary of predator management activities pursuant to <br />the work identified above to the City aJ.1d aJ.1 armual report on the predator <br />management activities conducted the previous year to the u.s. Fish and <br />Wildlife Service, Ecological Services, EndaJ.1gered Species Division. <br />Quarterly reports will be prepared by WS and submitted to Peter <br />VorametsaJ.1ti, Project and Systems engineer, City of Redwood City, 1017 <br />Middlefield Road, P.O. Box 391, Redwood City, CA 94064. The reports <br />will present predator management activities aJ.1d results including a <br />description of activities, methods utilized, number of hours expended, <br />observation of other animals not currently included as target species, and the <br />species and numbers of each species of target aJ.1d non-target species trapped <br />aJ.1d the location of each 311in1al taken. Also documented will be aJ.1y <br />problems encountered which interfere with implementation ofthe program <br />aJ.1d suggestions to improve the program. Annual reports will be submitted to <br />u.s. Fish aJ.1d Wildlife Service, Ecological Services, EndaJ.1gered Species <br />Division, Sacramento Field Office, 3310 El Camino Avenue, Suite 130, <br />Sacramento, California 95821-6340. <br />
