Authority shall pay City for services performed hereunder within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoices therefor which invoices shall be submitted monthly and described briefly the services rendered or costs incurred during the period to which the invoice relates. City shall keep and maintain accurate records of services rendered and costs incurred hereunder which shall be made available to Authority at Authority's offices during regular business hours upon request of Authority. 4. SUPPLIES. MATERIALS. Authority shall provide supplies and materials necessary and appropriate for City's landscape maintenance services hereunder including, without limitation, replacement planting materials, fertilizer, insecticides, herbicides, and similar or like materials.
