<br />Attached to each invoice shall be the completed Installation verification forms for <br />each site covered by the invoice. <br /> <br />4-4.8 City will reserve the right to verify installation by calling customer or by arranging <br />for and making an on-site inspection. Processing of contractors invoices will not <br />be held up for such verification, but if irregularities are found, subsequent <br />processing of invoices will be held in abeyance until the irregularity is remedied <br />by Contractor to City's satisfaction. The City shall retain the sum of money <br />noted in Section 4-14. <br /> <br />4-5 <br /> <br />Processing Rebate Applications <br /> <br />4-5.1 This project assumes the City will be responsible for processing all applications <br />under the Rebate Option. The Respondent will not be responsible for <br />implementing this portion of the Program. <br /> <br />4-6 <br /> <br />Water Conserving Fixtures <br /> <br />4-6.1 Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all necessary water conserving <br />fixtures used in the direct-install project with the exception of showerheads and <br />faucet aerators which will be supplied to contractor by the City. Contractor shall <br />secure the best available pricing and terms for all purchases, including discounts, <br />lines of credit, payment terms, delivery quantities, delivery schedules, product <br />quality, product warranties and other related factors. <br /> <br />4-6.2 All toilets shall meet the minimum performance requirements and physical <br />dimensions specified in ASME A-112.19.2-2003, as well as all applicable codes <br />and shall have a current listing with IAPMO. <br /> <br />Fixtures shall also meet the requirements of the Los Angeles Supplementary <br />Purchase Specification (SPS), administered by IAPMO; fixtures approved to the <br />SPS are listed on the IAPMO website and may be downloaded from the website <br />of the California Urban Water Conservation Council (CUWCC): <br />http://www.cuwcc.org/products_tech.lasso <br /> <br />Fixtures shall have been tested as to their performance in accordance with the <br />Maximum Performance (MAP TM) testing protocol and have been found to flush a <br />minimum of 500 grams of test media.
