6.1.D. - Page 8 <br />Assumptions <br />• PEER review process will be the Caltrans approval route. <br />• Fact sheets limited to two (2) non-standard features (mandatory or advisory). <br />• Two submittals only are needed for Caltrans PEER review process. <br />• Newly installed SD pump station and waterline does not significantly impact design of this <br />project. <br />• The utility agencies will use AT&T and PG&E's temporary and proposed design. Any easement <br />requirements will be the responsibility of the utility agencies. <br />• Assumes previous survey controls are existent and available. <br />• City will be responsible to ensure regulatory agencies permit requirements are met. <br />• City will be responsible to make all submittals to regulatory agencies. <br />• Only two Post -Construction Planting Reports will be prepared; one post -planting report, as <br />required by the Regional Water Quality Control Board conditions, and a year one planting report, <br />as required by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife permit conditions. <br />• The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and National Marine Fisheries have not issued Letters of <br />Concurrence or Biological Opinions for the project; therefore, any additional potential biological <br />monitoring and/or reporting costs have not been included in this estimate. <br />Task performed will be billed on 2017 billing rates attached hereto. <br />REV: 10-03-17 PR <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />ATTY/AGR.Amend No. 3 /Wreco -US 101 UC <br />
