<br />~lQj~W <br /> <br />ABATEMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> <br />The SAN MATEO COUNTY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT ("District") and CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />(" Owner") agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The District will perform abatement services for the Owner's problem site <br />as described below. The District will, as reasonably necessary, develop <br />and implement mosquito surveillance and control activities with its own <br />personnel, materials and equipment at the problem site. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Problem site: the catch basin storm drain system in the presently <br />developed areas of Redwood Shores. <br /> <br />3 . <br /> <br />Owner shall reimburse District at a rate of $12.50 per hour, not to exceed <br />200 man hours per year. The District will bill Owner for actual services <br />rendered. Owner will pay for such services within 30 days of receipt of <br />each bill. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />The occurrence of any unusual problems that would require additional man- <br />power, equipment and materials, will necessitate a change order as an <br />addendum to this agreement. It is understood that any changes would be <br />mutually agreed to prior to the initiation of the order.
