dATEMENT SERVICES AGREEME~ ("District") and CITY OF The SAN MATEO COUNTY MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT REDWOOD CITY ("Owner") agree ~s follows: IN WITNESS WHEREOF, of 1989. 2 . 3. 1 . The District will perform abatement services for the Owner's problem site as described below. The District will. as reasonably necessary. develope and implement mosquito surveillance and control activities with its own personnel. materials and equipment at the problem site. Problem site: the catch basin storm drain system in the presently developed areas of Redwood Shores. Owner shall reimburse Distsrict at a rate of $12.00 per hour, not exceed 200 man hours per year. The District will bill Owner for actual services rendered. Owner will pay for such services within 30 days of receipt of each bill. to 4. The occurrence of any unusual problems that would require addi- tional manpower, equipment and materials. will necessitate a change order as an addendum to this agreement. It is understood that any changes would be mutually agreed to prior to the initiation of the order. All additional costs related to change orders would be negotiated separately. 5 .
