<br />Section 7. No Discrimination. Attorneys shall not discriminate against any employee or <br />applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, marital status, or <br />physical handicap. Attorneys shall take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and <br />employees are treated during employment, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national <br />origin, marital status, or physical handicap. Such action shall include, but not be limited to, the <br />following: employment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment ~r recruitment advertising; <br />layoff or termination; rates of payor other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including <br />apprenticeship. <br /> <br />Section 8. Termination of Agreement. This Agreement shall remain in effect until it is <br />terminated. This Agreement for Legal Services may be terminated by the City at any time by giving <br />written notice to Attorneys with or without cause.
