<br />3J.L <br /> <br />BESOLUIJON NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit For the Use <br /> <br />of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range", by and between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and Stanford <br /> <br />University Department of Public Safety granting to said University the non- <br /> <br />exclusive use of the City's Weapons Firing Range subject to the terms and <br /> <br />conditions stated therein, a copy of which permit is on file in the Office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized <br /> <br />and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Reso-841 <br />FXS:djk <br />F :/Shared/Redwood/Cou ncil <br />03/10/00 <br /> <br />--r- - <br />
