<br />cg Bi ..2- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY <br />MANAGER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The compensation for the position of City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />amended by revising the salary schedule as set forth in Exhibit "An (commencing <br /> <br />from and after October 11, 1999) which Exhibit is attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions <br /> <br />of employment for the position of City Manager shall include those provisions <br /> <br />established for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications <br /> <br />set forth in that certain document entitled, "City of Redwood City - Executive <br /> <br />Management - Summary of Benefits - Effective May 1, 2000," a copy of which is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the Director of Human Resources, except to the extent <br /> <br />otherwise provided by letters of agreement dated November 13, 1991, <br /> <br />November 2, 1994, November 8, 1995, and June 8, 1998, and subsequent <br /> <br />amendments thereto not in conflict with the provisions hereof. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; <br /> <br />provided, however, that the salary rates set forth in Exhibit A shall be operative <br /> <br />retroactively from and after October 11, 1999. <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />Reso-91 0 <br />DE5:djk <br />F :/5 h a redlRedwoodlCou nci I <br />06/07/00 <br />
