<br />'1F-9 <br /> <br />Church office: (8:00 AM - 6 PM) Monday - Friday <br />Church activities: <br />Bible Studies: Tuesday 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM . <br />Board meetinas. musician practice. vouna adult meetinas: Monday, Wednesday, <br />Friday 6:30 - 9:30 PM <br />Occasional aroup meetinas (10 - 20 individuals): Weekends <br /> <br />Thursday, <br /> <br />18. At least 35 parking spaces shall be provided for the Church's use as long as the <br />Property is used for the use permitted hereunder. The Church shall enter into a written <br />agreement with the owners of the adjoining office building ("The Pointe At Redwood <br />Shores") located at 1200 Radio Road for use of a portion of the parking lot. That <br />agreement shall be recorded. Any future expansion or new development on the <br />Property will require conformance to the City's parking ordinance. <br /> <br />19. The Church shall obtain a building permit for all improvements <br /> <br />20. All radio equipment, transformers, antennas, etc., shall be completely removed from the <br />Property prior to occupancy by the Church. <br /> <br />21. Any violation of the terms and conditions of this Temporary Use Permit shall be grounds <br />for revocation of the Use Permit, including, expressly, termination of the use permitted <br />hereunder. <br /> <br />22. Expiration of this Temporary Use Permit shall be governed by the following provisions: <br /> <br />22.1 <br /> <br />Unless extended pursuant to the provisions set forth below, this Temporary Use <br />Permit shall expire on the date (the "Base Expiration Date") which is eighteen <br />(18) months after the Issue Date (Le. the date of this Temporary Use Permit). <br />Further, unless so extended, in order to continue use of the Property for church <br />activities, or for any other conditionally permitted use under the RSB Zoning <br />District classification, the Church shall apply for the Continuing Use Permit; <br />provided, that the fee paid for processing this Temporary Use Permit shall be <br />deemed to include processing the Continuing Use Permit application, and no <br />additional fee for such purpose shall be charged. <br /> <br />22.2 Upon the date ("Assessment Date") which is sixteen (16) months after the Issue <br />Date, the City shall determine the status of the Specific Plan to be prepared <br />pursuant to the MOU ("MOU Specific Plan"). <br /> <br />22.3 If, upon the Assessment Date, the MOU Specific Plan has been approved and <br />adopted by the City Council, this Temporary Use Permit shall expire on the <br />Base Expiration Date. <br /> <br />22.4 If, upon the Assessment Date, the MOU Specific Plan has not been approved <br />and adopted by the City Council, but has been filed with the Community <br /> <br />Fullyalive-rsoa <br />f/sh/sh/RC/ComDev <br />06/01/00 <br />
