<br />~A .30 <br /> <br />extending the effective date of this ordinance, no building permits, use permits, <br /> <br />architectural permits, planned development permits, zoning variances, zoning <br /> <br />permits, subdivisions, or any other land use entitlements shall be issued or <br /> <br />approved with respect to development of office buildings (howsoever defined or <br /> <br />designed) on parcels of property one acre or larger in area (whether as <br /> <br />individually subdivided parcels or by aggregation of parcels) within the Affected <br /> <br />Districts. <br /> <br />Section 3. Determination of Effect. For purposes of this ordinance, the <br /> <br />determination of the size of a parcel of real property shall be based upon the size <br /> <br />of the parcel as established by subdivision map or by metes and the bounds <br /> <br />description contained in any conveyance thereof, on file and recorded in the <br /> <br />office of the County Recorder, County of San Mateo, as of July 1, 2000. No <br /> <br />parcel of real property shall be subdivided by lot-line adjustment, preliminary <br /> <br />map, subdivisions, minor subdivision, or by any other means in such manner as <br /> <br />to avoid the determination of size thereof as of July 1, 2000, in accordance with <br /> <br />the foregoing provisions. <br /> <br />Section 4. Exclusion. Notwithstanding the provisions of this ordinance <br /> <br />to the contrary, office developments, if any, which prior to July 1, 2000, have <br /> <br />been approved pursuant to a specific plan, development agreement, disposition <br /> <br />and development agreement, or by other agreement duly entered into by the City <br /> <br />which provides for, or allows the development or use of, a parcel or parcels one <br /> <br />acre or larger for offices within the Affected Districts shall be exempt from the <br /> <br />provisions hereof. <br /> <br />Ord-114 <br />F :/shared/redwood/council <br />DES:rg <br />07/18/00 <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />..~ 'T" <br />
