<br />4A-'!Þ\ <br /> <br />Section 5. Implementation. The City Manager, Director of Community <br /> <br />Development, Chief Building Official, Zoning Administrator, and all other officers <br /> <br />and employees of the City having authority with the issuance or approval of land <br /> <br />use entitlements affected hereby are hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />implement the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 6. <br /> <br />Supercession. <br /> <br />Any and all ordinances, resolutions, <br /> <br />directives or other regulations, or portions thereof, in conflict with the provisions <br /> <br />of this ordinance are hereby superceded, and the provisions hereof shall govern <br /> <br />and prevail over such conflicting matters. <br /> <br />Section 7. Effective Date. This ordinance is an emergency measure <br /> <br />enacted in furtherance of the public safety, health, and welfare as set forth in <br /> <br />Section 1 hereof and shall be effective upon the date of its adoption; provided, <br /> <br />that this ordinance shall be operative retroactively from and after July 24, 2000, <br /> <br />provided, further, that this ordinance shall be of no further force and effect forty- <br /> <br />five (45) days from the date of its adoption; provided further, that after notice <br /> <br />given pursuant to Government Code Section 65090 and public hearing, this <br /> <br />ordinance may be extended for ten (10) months and fifteen (15) days and <br /> <br />subsequently may be extended for one (1) year in accordance with the <br /> <br />provisions of Government Code Section 65858. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Ord-114 <br />F :/shared/redwood/council <br />DES:rg <br />07/18/00 <br /> <br />4 <br />
