<br />ATTACHMENT 15 <br /> <br />'A.:~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />INTERIM URGENCY ORDINANCE PROHIBITING LAND USES IN <br />CONFLICT WITH GENERAL PLAN, SPECIFIC PLAN, AND <br />ZONING PROPOSALS UNDER CONSIDERATION FOR HEREIN <br />DESCRIBED AREA LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF MAPLE <br />STREET, EAST BAYSHORE BOULEVARD, AND BAIR ISLAND <br />ROAD IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />The Council of Redwood City does ordain as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1. FindinQs. This Council hereby finds and declares as follows: <br /> <br />A. Certain lands within those areas shown on Zoning Maps in Sections <br /> <br />60.22 and 60.23 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, as amended (the "Zon. Ord."), and more particularly shown on <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein, are <br /> <br />included within the "CG" (General Commercial), "TP" (Tidal Plain), "GI" (General <br /> <br />Industrial), and "IR" (Industrial Restricted) Zoning Districts as depicted in Exhibit <br /> <br />"A" (collectively, the "Study Area"); <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />lands within the Study Area are bisected by Redwood Creek, a <br /> <br />waterway, title to which is vested in the City of Redwood City as trustee under <br /> <br />legislative grant from the State of California; <br /> <br />C. That portion of the Study Area lying northwesterly of Redwood Creek <br /> <br />is accessible by vehicle only from Whipple Avenue, a public street, which passes <br /> <br />over State Route 101 ("Bayshore Freeway") and connects to East Bayshore <br /> <br />Boulevard; <br /> <br />D.
