CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br />1. Substantial Conformity - Applicant shall ensure that all improvements <br />substantially conform to the project plans prepared by SKL Associate Inc. <br />dated July 18, 2017, and related information submitted by the Applicant, <br />on file with Planning Services. Conditions in Building Permit Plans - All conditions of approval shall be <br />printed on the first page of the plans submitted to the Building Division for <br />a building permit.
