CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br />1. Substantial Conformity - Applicant shall ensure that all improvements <br />substantially conform to the project plans prepared by SKL Associate Inc. <br />dated July 18, 2017, and related information submitted by the Applicant, <br />on file with Planning Services. [COA][PLANNING] <br />Buildino Permit <br />2. Conditions in Building Permit Plans - All conditions of approval shall be <br />printed on the first page of the plans submitted to the Building Division for <br />a building permit. [COA][PLANNING] <br />Fees <br />The following fees shall be paid in full prior to issuance of the building <br />permit. <br />3. Affordable Housing Fee — Pay an Affordable Housing Fee for the new <br />square -footage of the proposed project, calculated at $5 per square -foot. <br />FSDRI [PLANNING AND HOUSING] <br />4. Public Art Fee — Pay a Public Art Fee for the proposed project, calculated <br />at 1 % of construction value.Sf DRl [PARKS AND RECREATION] <br />5. Notice Of Fees Protest — The applicant may protest any fees, <br />dedications, reservations, or other exactions imposed by the City as part <br />of the approval or as a condition of approval of this development.
