No attempt will be made to accurately determine esisting utiliry locations and depth since the <br /> exisring will be replaced bv undergrounding all facilities. For purposes of removal, the e�sting <br /> utilities will be assumed to be as shown on the previous plans developed in 1987. <br /> 5. Water, and Sewer will be as shown on the previous plans and updated according to Cit�- <br /> standards. <br /> 6. No right of wa�, property line, or other boundary work is included in this proposal. The street <br /> right of way will be determined from records and as indicated on the ground by fencing, <br /> sidewall�, curbs, etc. <br /> 7. No record of surve�� is included in this proposal. <br /> 8. .-�n�• work which is not specifically included in this Scope of Work. <br /> Task 1— Base Mapping <br /> � Base mapping will be prepared b�� aerial photogrammetry and supplemented with ground surveys. <br /> The aenal photogrammetr�T will be prepared at 1" = 20' scale and with 1 ft. contour intervals. Spot <br /> ele��ations will be shown near the propertt• line. Control will be provided by Wilsey Ham. <br /> Supplemental surveving will be done for those areas which cannot be seen aerially such as under <br /> trees, o��erhangs, etc. The bottom (invert) ele�-ations of underground facilities which are accessible <br /> w�ill be determined. The control will be verified. <br /> The base mapping and sur��e��s will co��er Roosevelt Avenue and 50 ft. into the side streets for <br /> conform areas. It will also include up to 30 ft. be��ond the right of way along Roosevelt Avenue. <br /> Task 2 — Layout Plans <br /> The street development plans will be prepared on plan/profile at 1" = 20' scale. Existing facilities <br /> u�ill be shown as "dropout". Facilities to be constructed will be shown solid. City drafting standards <br /> will be utilized for linework and svmbols.
