REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br /> WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit For the Use <br /> of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range" (form dated 10/12/00), by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California and the City of Menlo Park granting to said City the non-exclusive use <br /> of the City's Weapons Firing Range subject to the terms and conditions stated <br /> therein, a copy of which permit is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which <br /> copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br /> on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> • . . <br /> Resa1017 <br /> FXS:djk <br /> F:1S ha red/Redwood/Council <br /> 10/12/00 <br />
