�i��-- � <br /> GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> FOR THE USE OF THE <br /> REDWOOD CITY WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br /> Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. of the Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> adopted , 2000, permission is hereby granted to the City of Menlo Park <br /> (Permittee") to have the non-exclusive use, as described herein, of the Weapons Firing Range (the <br /> "Range"), owned by the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> ("City") and located at 1301 Maple Street, Redwood City, California. <br /> This permit (the "Permit") is granted subject to the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. This Permit shall not become effective until receipt by the City of a copy hereof with a duly <br /> executed endorsement accepting said Permit subject to all terms and conditions contained <br /> herein. <br /> 2. The permission granted herein shall not be deemed to constitute a gift, bill of sale, lease, <br /> conveyance or transfer of any property interest by City. This Permit is not transferable or <br /> assignable. <br /> 3. In consideration for the permission granted hereby, City shall bill Permittee in monthly <br /> installments. Permittee shall pay City the sum of $45 per hour of usage for the period of <br /> January 1, 2001 to December 31, 2001. A sum of $50 per hour of usage for the period of <br /> January 1, 2002 to December 31, 2002. A sum of $55 per hour of usage for the period of <br /> January 1, 2003 to December 31, 2003. Said sum shall be payable each month following the <br /> monthly usage for the fiscal years of January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2003. <br /> City agrees to submit all invoices for Permit No. in duplicate to the office <br /> located at 801 Laurel Street, Menlo Park, California 94025. Invoices not on preprinted bill <br /> head shall be signed by the City furnishing said service. Payment will be made within forty- <br /> five (45) calendar days from the postmarked date of a said submitted invoice. <br /> 4. City makes no warranties or representations regarding the Range's suitability or adequacy for <br /> Permittee's weapons use or training. <br /> 5. The term of this Permit is three years, to wit: January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2003. <br /> 6. Permittee shall only allow permanent members of the Menlo Park Police Department to use <br /> or enter the Range pursuant hereto. <br /> 7.
