Meeting will <br />include a site visit to Garfield Charter School to address site issues. <br />Identify required changes to be completed to package organization, layout, etc. <br />Coordinate with City appropriate approval signatures for Plan approval. <br />Review construction administration documentation for Taft School in order to <br />incorporate necessary edits to Final Design Package. <br />Project Administration. <br /> <br />2. <br />3, <br />4, <br /> <br />5, <br /> <br />Final Documentation Revision Phase <br />1, Make revisions to drawings, specifications, and cost estimates to incorporate <br />comments. <br />Final Redline and Review Quality Control (QC). <br />Submittal Preparation and coordination. Submit one set of reproducibles to City <br />for bid packaging. <br />Project Administration <br /> <br />2, <br />3, <br /> <br />4, <br /> <br />Construction Services <br />Following the completion and approval of the construction documents, we propose the <br />following construction administration services: <br />1 , Bidding Phase <br />a) Kick-off meeting with City and Redwood City School District staff, and <br />the Beals Sports Collaborative.
