<br />DES:djg-c <br />'5: djg..,.c <br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br /> <br />11/23/82 <br />G2/15;-f83R <br />07/29!83R <br />11/20/83R <br />12/08/83R <br /> <br />dates to which the rent and other charges have been paid, the date <br /> <br />of expiration of the term, the rent then payable under this lease, <br /> <br />and stating whether or not, to the best knowledge of the officer <br /> <br />executing such certificate on behalf of Lessor, Lessee is in <br /> <br />default in performance of any covenant, agreement or condition <br /> <br />contained in this lease and, if so, specifying each such default of <br /> <br />which the person executing such certificate may have knowledge. <br /> <br />Lessee shall pay Lessor an administrative fee in the amount of <br /> <br />$100.00 for each such written certification prepared by or for <br /> <br />Lessor, which amount shall be paid concurrently with Lessee's <br /> <br />request for such certification. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />STORAGE ON PREMISES. <br /> <br />Lessor shall assume no <br /> <br />responsibility for the guarding and safe keeping of property <br /> <br />and equipment stored upon or used in connection with the Leased <br /> <br />Premises or the Wharf Facilities. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />SIGNS, ADVERTISING. <br /> <br />No signs, placards or advertising <br /> <br />devices of any type, except signs advertising activities carried <br />on at the Leased Premises shall be inscribed, painted, attached <br /> <br />or placed upon any portion of the Leased Premises, or the improve- <br /> <br />ments located thereon, or upon the public areas adjacent thereto, <br /> <br />without obtaining the prior written consent of Lessor's Board of <br /> <br />Port Commissioners, which shall ~ot be unreasonably withheld, <br /> <br />conditioned or delayed. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />INSPECTION. <br /> <br />Lessor reserves the right to enter upon <br /> <br />18 <br /> <br />".- """"'-"""-' ........ .. ... .".............. ...............-_............._.,....--_._,....._..._-~..... <br />
