<br />DES:djg-c <br />.T '3:djg-c <br />D~S:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br /> <br />11/23/82 <br />02/1S/'83R <br />07/29183R <br />11/20/83R <br />12/08/83R <br /> <br />the same either by paying the amount claimed to be due or by <br /> <br />procuring the discharge of such lien by deposit or by bonding <br />proceedings, and in any such event Lessor shall be entitled, if it <br /> <br />so elects, to compel the prosecution of an action for the <br /> <br />foreclosure of such lien by the lienor and to pay the amount of the <br /> <br />judgment in favor of the lienor with interest, costs and <br /> <br />allowances. <br /> <br />Any amounts so paid by Lessor, and all costs and <br /> <br />expenses reasonably incurred by Lessor in connection therewith, <br /> <br />shall constitute additional rent payable by Lessee under this <br /> <br />lease. <br /> <br />Nothing herein contained shall in any way prejudice the <br /> <br />rights of Lessee to contest to final judgment or decree any such <br /> <br />lien. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />LAWS, REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />(a) Compliance. <br /> <br />Lessee shall at all <br /> <br />times, in its occupancy and use of the Leased .premises, or any <br /> <br />facility at the Port of Redwood City, operate and conduct its <br /> <br />operations in accordance in all material respect with the valid <br /> <br />laws, ordinances, permits, certifications, and regulations <br /> <br />applicable thereto, heretofore or hereafter adopted by federal, <br /> <br />state, regional, city or other governmental bodies or departments <br /> <br />or officers thereof, including without limitation, environmental <br /> <br />standards approved by Lessor's Board of Port Commissioners pursuant <br /> <br />to the California Environmental Quality Act and all state and local <br /> <br />regulations applicable thereto, fire and safety regulations, and <br /> <br />regulations enacted by said Board of Port Commissioners governing <br /> <br />20 <br /> <br />"-r-"""."-'-y-'-."""'."'........"" <br />
