<br />DES:djg-c <br />~S:djg-c <br />ußS:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br /> <br />11/23/82 <br />02/15/83R <br />07/29/83R <br />11/20/83R <br />12/08/83R <br /> <br />the use or occupancy of the Port of Redwood City, the Port Area of <br />the City of Redwood City, or navigable waterways within said Port <br /> <br />Area. <br /> <br />Lessee shall obtain and maintain in effect any and all <br /> <br />necessary licenses, certificates, and permits required by law. <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Right to Contest. <br /> <br />Lessee shall have the right, after <br /> <br />prior written notice to Lessor, to contest by appropriate <br /> <br />proceedings, without cost or expense to Lessor, the validity or <br /> <br />application of any law, ordinance, order, rule, regulation, or <br /> <br />resolution, permit or requirement of the kind referred to in <br /> <br />paragraph l7(a). <br /> <br />Lessor, without cost to it, shall execute and <br /> <br />deliver any appropriate papers which may be necessary or proper to <br /> <br />permit Lessee so to contest the validity or application of any such <br /> <br />law, ordinance, order, rule, regulation, resolution, permit or <br /> <br />requirement. <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Regulatory Cost Limitation. <br /> <br />If, during the last five <br /> <br />years of the term of this lease, in order to comply with the <br /> <br />provisions of paragraph 17(a) Lessee shall be required to make any <br />
