<br />DES:djg-c <br />'8: dj g~c <br />ußS:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br /> <br />11/23/82 <br />O,2/15/83R <br />07/29/83R <br />11/20/83R <br />12/08/83R <br /> <br />interests, rights and privileges granted herein to Lessee in and <br />to the Leased Premises are subject to any and all trusts, ease- <br /> <br />ments, and encumbrances now of record affecting the Leased <br /> <br />Premises. <br /> <br />Similarly, and without limitation, this lease agreement <br /> <br />and the Leased Premises shall at all times during the term hereof <br /> <br />be subject to the limitations, conditions, restrictions and <br /> <br />reservations contained in and prescribed by the Charter of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and the laws of the State of California, <br /> <br />and should it include any tide or submerged or marsh lands <br /> <br />conveyed to the City by the State of California, then it shall <br /> <br />be subject to the limitations, conditions, restrictions and <br /> <br />reservations contained in and prescribed by the act of the <br /> <br />legislature which may be applicable thereto. <br /> <br />Lessor reserves the right to install, lay, construct, <br /> <br />maintain, repair and operate such sanitary sewers, drains, storm- <br /> <br />water drains, manholes, and electric power lines, as are necessary <br /> <br />in, over, upon, through, across and along any and all portions of <br /> <br />the Leased Premises, provided the same does not require removal of <br /> <br />or alteration to Lessee's improvements on the Leased Premises. <br /> <br />Lessor also reserves to itself throughout the term of this lease <br /> <br />all gas, oil, mineral and water rights in, under or appurtenant to <br /> <br />the Leased Premises. <br /> <br />No right reserved by Lessor in this paragraph <br /> <br />18 shall be so exercised as to interfere unreasonably with Lessee's <br /> <br />operations hereunder. <br /> <br />22 <br />
