<br />DES:djg-c <br />T ,:djg-.c <br />D.t:;S:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br /> <br />11/23/82 <br />02/15J83R <br />07/29/83R <br />11/20/83R <br />12/08/83R <br /> <br />or thereafter accrued shall impair any right, power, privilege, or <br /> <br />option, or be construed to be a waiver of any such default or <br /> <br />relinquishment thereof, or acquiescence therein, and no notice by <br /> <br />Lessor shall be required to restore or revive time as the essence <br /> <br />thereof after waiver by Lessor of default in one or more <br /> <br />instances. <br /> <br />No option, right, power, remedy or privilege of Lessor <br /> <br />shall be construed as being exhausted or discharged by the <br /> <br />exercise thereof in one or more instances. <br /> <br />It is agreed that each <br /> <br />and all of the rights, powers, options, or remedies given to <br /> <br />Lessor by this lease agreement are cumulative, and no one of them <br /> <br />shall be exclusive of the other or exclusive of any remedies <br /> <br />provided by law, and that exercise of one right, power, option or <br /> <br />remedy by Lessor shall not impair its rights or any other right, <br /> <br />power, option or remedy. <br /> <br />26. <br /> <br />MODIFICATION. <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any of the provisions of <br /> <br />this lease agreement, the parties hereto may hereafter by mutual <br /> <br />agreement in writing approved by resolution of the Board of Port <br /> <br />Commissioners, agree to modifications thereof or additions <br /> <br />thereto, provided such amendments are not forbidden by the Charter <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City or other law. <br /> <br />Lessor shall have the right to grant reasonable extensions of <br /> <br />time or times fixed by this lease agreement for any purpose, <br /> <br />provided that such extensions be authorized or ratified by <br /> <br />resolution of the Board of Port Commissioners. <br /> <br />33 <br />
