Lessee shall have the right to sublet the Leased Premises, or assign its interest in this lease agreement, or both; provided, however, that such subletting or assignment shall have first been consented to by the Board of Port Commissioners of the City of Redwood City, evidenced by resolution of said Board, which consent shall not unreasonably be withheld, conditioned or delayed. Subject to the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act (11 D.S.C. Section 101 et seq.), as the same exists upon the date hereof or may from time to time be amended, to the contrary therein provided, Lessee covenants and agrees that neither this lease agreement, nor any interest therein, shall be assignable or transferable in proceedings in attachment, garnishment or execution against Lessee or in voluntary or involuntary proceedings in bankruptcy or insolvency or receivership taken by or against Lessee or by any process of law, and that possession of the whole or any part of the Leased Premises shall not be divested from Lessee in such proceedings or by any process of law, without written consent of Lessor; and any such divesting of possession by Lessee or any assignment, sale, or transfer of this lease agreement, or any interest therein, either voluntary or by judgment, execution, bankruptcy, receivership, insolvency proceedings, or by process or operation of law, shall at the option of Lessor be null and void and of no force or effect and shall cause this lease agreement to 36 .
