<br />DES:djg-c <br />;S:djg-:-c <br />lJES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br />DES:djg-c <br /> <br />11/23/82 <br />o.2/1S/83R <br />07/29/83R <br />11/20/83R <br />12/08/83R <br /> <br />terms, covenants or conditions shall apply to each and every <br /> <br />encumbrance hereunder and shall be severally binding upon each and <br /> <br />every encumbrance, assignee, transferee, subtenant or other <br /> <br />successor in interest of Lessee. <br /> <br />Any document to mortgage, pledge, <br /> <br />hypothecate, encumber, transfer, sublet or assign any interest in <br /> <br />this lease agreement, the Leased Premises, or any part thereof, <br /> <br />shall incorporate directly or by reference all of the provisions <br /> <br />of this lease agreement. <br /> <br />30. <br /> <br />SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS. <br /> <br />Each and every of the <br /> <br />provisions, agreements, terms, covenants and conditions herein <br /> <br />contained to be performed, fulfilled, observed and kept shall <br /> <br />be binding upon the successors and assigns of the respective <br /> <br />parties hereto, and the rights hereunder, and all rights, <br /> <br />privileges and benefits arising under this lease agreement and in <br /> <br />favor of either party shall be available in favor of the <br /> <br />successors and assigns thereof, respectively; provided, no assign- <br /> <br />ment, sublease, or other transfer of interest by or through Lessee <br /> <br />in violation of the provisions of this lease agreement shall vest <br /> <br />any rights in any such assignee or successor. <br /> <br />31. <br /> <br />CERTAIN EXPENSES. <br /> <br />Lessee shall pay to Lessor, an amount, <br /> <br />not to exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00), equal <br /> <br />to costs incurred by Lessor incident to notice and award of this <br /> <br />lease agreement, preparation of any legal description or plat of <br /> <br />the Leased Premises, preparation of any environmental documents <br /> <br />39 <br /> <br />'."""-'-"'-'--"-'-""."----"-." .. <br />
