<br />" <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Phase III: Roll out <br /> <br />Tasks: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Deliver eight (8) two-and-a-halfhour workshops on Preventing <br />Workplace Harassment for Supervisors in eight (8) groups of 25 <br />(Total: 200 manager/supervisors) <br /> <br />1.5-hour workshops for 15 supervisors/managers at a time <br />These traditional, yet interactive, classroom w9rkshops will cover <br />all of the topics that will be covered for employees (see below), but <br />will also prepare supervisors for their expanded role in handling <br />the harassment complaint, managing the performance of <br />individuals involved in a complaint, and how to follow-up the <br />employee training at a staff meeting. Follow-up guides will be <br />distributed to supervisors at this session. <br /> <br />Deliver 20 one-and-a-halfhour workshops on Preventing. <br />Workplace Harassment for Employees in groups of 50 (Total: Up <br />to 1,000 employees) <br /> <br />1.5-hollr workshops for 50 employees at a time <br />These sessions will include a City f..{anager or Department Head <br />introduction, discussion of the City's ethics and why we are <br />focusing on Preventing Workplace Harassment, defining <br />workplace harassment (including an "Is This Harassment?" quiz), <br />what to do if you think you have been a victim ofworkplac~ <br />harassment, and what resources do you have for more <br />information/questions/support around this issue. <br /> <br />D. <br /> <br />Phase IV: Program Review <br /> <br />Tasks: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Conduct a project review with HR Director, City Manager, <br />Assistant Director of Human Resources/EEO Officer, etc. <br /> <br />Share recommendations of how to incorporate workshop content in <br />to future New Hire Orientations <br /> <br />-r"'~ <br />
