Reduce the amount of either or both Change Orders - reduce the amount of <br />sidewalk locations the City will complete in project area with this contractor. <br /> <br />Staff believes it is in the City's best interest to approve Change Order No 2 to allow the <br />rubber sidewalk installations where practical and approve Change Order No.3 to add the <br />additional repair work to this contract. <br /> <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Carry-over funds are available in the approved anq appropriated FY 2004/2005 Capital <br />Improvement Program, Tree Preservation and Sidewalk Repair and Wheel Chair Ramp <br />accounts to cover the cost of this change order.
