CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: <br />Substantial Conformity - Applicant shall ensure that all improvements <br />substantially conform to the project plans prepared by SDG Architects, Inc. dated <br />June 30, 2017, and related information submitted by the Applicant, on file with <br />Planning Services. Conditions in Building Permit Plans - All conditions of approval shall be <br />printed on the first page of the plans submitted to the Building Division for a <br />building permit. [COA][PLANNING] <br />3. HVAC Equipment - Locate residential split -system condensing units a minimum <br />of 30 feet from the nearest residential property. An acoustical analysis of the <br />noise from project mechanical equipment to surrounding properties should be <br />completed by a qualified acoustical consultant at final design to verify <br />compliance. Notice Of Fees Protest — The applicant may protest any fees, dedications, <br />reservations, or other exactions imposed by the City as part of the approval or as <br />a condition of approval of this development.
