Fehr & Peers will compare new intersection counts to those <br />previously collected for the IHSP El R. In addition to these study intersections, Fehr & Peers will <br />also analyze up to two future project driveways along Blomquist Street in SimTraffic under Plus <br />Project conditions. <br />Fehr & Peers will conduct a weekday site visit during the morning and evening peak periods to <br />review the existing transportation conditions surrounding the project site. This will include <br />observations of traffic flow, pedestrian and bicycle access in the vicinity of the site, and existing <br />site distance at the site of the proposed project's driveways. <br />Task 2 — Existino Conditions <br />Fehr & Peers will calculate the existing AM and PM peak hour levels of service for study <br />intersections and freeway segments based on the traffic counts and site observations collected <br />as a part of Task 1. Fehr & Peers will use the Synchro/SimTraffic analysis platform for <br />intersection analysis, consistent with the IHSP DEIR analysis.
