Provide draft drawings and documents to City for review and incorporate <br />feedback into final drawings and documents. <br />Deliverables for Task 3 include draft and final versions of: <br />• Communications Network Design Drawing <br />o Network Bill of Materials <br />• Controls System Architecture Drawing <br />o Budgetary Cost Estimates <br />• System Migration Approach Document <br />II. Proiect Schedule <br />Consultant shall begin work immediately upon receipt of the fully executed agreement. <br />Project activities will be conducted between approximately November 2017 to January <br />2018. <br />III.
