FIRM PROFILE <br />The EDCCO Group has been in business for 20 years. <br />There are 4 full-time personnel and we have a contractor pool of several individuals and companies that we use as <br />needed. <br />QUALIFICATIONS OF THE FIRM <br />The EDCCO Group has been in business for 20 years. <br />The EDCCO Group engages in design, development, installation programming, and maintenance of municipal <br />automation systems. <br />Specifically, for radio network design and diagnosis, we have the following equipment: <br />2 trucks with 40 -foot telescoping radio masts with unidirectional and directional antennas. <br />Several 10 -watt Digital UHF TCP/IP radios <br />Several access points and broadband access points <br />Radio mapping and diagnostic software. <br />Access to Schneider Electric engineers and software tools. <br />SIMILAR RECENT PROJECTS <br />City of San Carlos <br />2017 Redesign of licensed UHF radio system, field testing and measurements, FCC licensing and coordination, <br />equipment procurement, installation and interface with existing PLCs and central SCADA system. <br />City of Burlingame <br />Remedial work to existing radio system, field testing and measurements, re -tuning adios and assigned frequency <br />channels, installation of new antennas where required. <br />City of Foster City <br />Frequency and equipment selection. FCC licensing and coordination for a 56 -node radio SCADA system. <br />North Coast County Water District <br />Redesign of radio system, field testing and measurements, FCC licensing and coordination, equipment procurement, <br />installation and interface with 25 existing PLCs and central SCADA system. <br />City of Soledad <br />Initial design of radio system, field testing and measurements, FCC licensing and coordination, equipment <br />procurement, installation and installation and programming of new PLCs and central SCADA system. <br />Marina Coast Water District <br />Radio survey, network design. <br />Upgrade of 40 sewer and water facilities, to Allen Bradley PLCs, Radio SCADA System, Wonderware, radio survey <br />and radio network design. <br />$517,000 in 2016 and 2017 <br />Recent upgrade $25,000 (2017) of Wonderware Application with Terminal Services and remote access servers. <br />City of San Bruno <br />Design and installation of high speed high power licensed UHF Ethernet SCADA combined radio system for 23 <br />water facilities 8 sewer facilities interfacing with 4 Wonderware SCADA systems. Included field testing, FCC <br />coordination, licensing, and installation <br />Mid -Peninsula Water District <br />Complete measurement, surveys, and upgrade plans, specifications, and drawings for a hybrid SCADA replacement <br />project including detailed line -item budget. <br />
