WORK PLAN <br />Following a kick-off meeting where goals and budgets are discussed, we will develop a work plan to be approved. <br />At this point, several approaches and budgets will be explored to determine the exact scope of the project. <br />A second meeting will be used to discuss and negotiate the alternatives and associated costs. <br />Field measurements, mapping, and site -speck requirements will be compiled, and we will meet to discuss the <br />results. This will take approximately 3 months. <br />Degree of final design details will be discussed, and a mutual understanding of final deliverables. <br />Final deliverables will be presented for review, after which City comments will be addressed in the final design. <br />We estimate 3-6 months for this phase of the project. <br />We anticipate another 30 days for review and final deliverables. <br />PROJECT STAFFING <br />Primary points of contact and designated staff are Eric Daniel and John Nourse. Others may be assigned and will <br />work under the supervision of these two individuals. <br />Resumes are attached. <br />BUDGETARY STRATEGY <br />This totally depends upon the City's needs and level of design expected. <br />City will need to delineate what aspects of the design package are to be included in this project. <br />We would be delighted to meet with you and discuss the various strategies to successfully complete this project. <br />
